From the moment I walked in, the environment was warm, comfortable, and I felt the genuine care from the staff. I didnt wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room where there were snacks and tea! The nurse was so kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Collier took her time with me, explained each step, and genuinely cared. She even called me the next day and spent a while on the phone answering all of my questions. I am so impressed with this office and thankful to have found my new OB!

Dr. Collier and her staff are amazing. The atmosphere in the entire office is peaceful and comforting. It is obvious considerable thought was put into the design to make women feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Collier always takes her time with me and really listens and I never feel rushed or like my concerns are trivial. It's a dramatically different experience being treated like a person than feeling like just a number in a herd of cattle.I can not recommend Haven enough!!!

My first impression was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere, the decor EVERYTHING was great. The receptionist was beyond perfect she made sure we were very comfortable with snacks and drinks. The Nurse so down to earth and Dr. Collier such a great spirit and attentive person. I love it there. Highly recommended.

My First visit at Haven Women Health was great. The environment and staff was amazing. Dr. Collier was more than helpful and made me feel seen and heard something you don’t always get. This was the best Dr visit I had in a while sometimes Dr visits can be intimidating but everyone made me feel so comfortable!

Dr. Collier and the staff at Haven are in a league all their own. Truly could not say enough good things. Every single person made me feel like I truly mattered to them and I would trust them with my care no doubt. The office was beautiful, and there was no shuffling from one waiting room to another or waiting hours. They really think of everything from individual robes in the exam rooms instead of paper sheets, snacks, drinks, you name it and they have thought about YOU! Dr. Collier is well educated and also up to date on current research and guidelines. It is rare to find someone who isn’t 25 years behind in their practice but Dr. Collier is incredible and recommended me up to date practices and supplements instead of birth control as the only option for helping with my PCOS. Most importantly Dr. Collier took the time to get to know me and joyfully answered all my questions instead of talking down to me or talking over my head. She’s a blessing to the Jackson metro. Just trust me when I say you will not find a medical setting in general like this one much less an OBGYN locally.

I really don’t know where to start. The patient care is Top Tier!! From calling and setting up an appointment to walking in the door and being greeted with such love and compassion. This staff has it all. They offered drinks/snacks, had calming music playing and constantly checked on me and my husband in the waiting area. The exam room help to ease my anxiety with its decor and setup that included a full length mirror. The plush robe was a very nice touch from the traditional paper gowns that one is accustomed to. I could go on and on. Dr Collier was very attentive and listened to all of my questions and concerns. Thank you ladies of Haven for making my appointment a pleasant one.

Dr. Collier has been my OBGYN for years. Always professional, nice, and informative. So glad to have an OB doc who cares about taking care of women.

It's an amazingly soothing place. The staff is top-notch. Charlene is our doctor, and we could not have asked for a better one.
