We love pregnant people at Haven! Receive comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care all the way through a full year postpartum. We support full-spectrum pregnancy care from natural and physiologic pregnancy and birth care, to vbac, safe cesarean births and collaborative care with Perinatologists for the highest-risk concerns. We balance acknowledging the ability of the body to grow and birth naturally with the incorporation of evidence-based interventions when needed, safe and consented to. Pregnancy care does not end when the baby arrives but continues through the full year postpartum ensuring mothers and families recover safely, acclimate to the new physical and mental changes of the ‘fourth trimester’ and thrive as they transition to wellness care. True prenatal and postpartum care takes a village and we will work collaboratively with doulas, midwives, therapists, physical therapists, nutritionists and lactation specialists and other providers to ensure you are fully cared for.
